Dear Faithful Cyster,
Do you have a great story about what your faith has done for you? Our faith plays such an important part in our lives and especially in our PCOS journey. Because of our faith, we feel connected, thankful and blessed. We would love to bring hope and inspiration to others by sharing your heartfelt story.
We are in the process of collecting stories about what role faith has played in your PCOS journey for an e-book and possibly a actual, physical book. Please see the guidelines below for submitting your story.
*Must have a title and the author's real name
*Include a beginning-problem or situation, middle-what happened and what emotions were there and an ending with what was the outcome and how did that inspire your life to change
*Inspirational and true story written in the first person and from the heart
*Stories may include a verse that coincides with the story point (verse must be from the King James Version due to copyright laws)
*inter-denominational, meaning, it will not offend any religion and we respect other Cysters beliefs
*Be honest and let it all out, the more emotion you put into your story, the more it will inspire others to find their faith
*Stories should be between 1,000 words and 3,000
*Please submit only stories that have not been previously published.
Please submit your stories by e-mail to Beth@powerupforpcos.com. Please put in the subject line: emPowering Faithful Cysters Story Submission. We will reply back shortly that we received your submission. Feel free to submit more than one story.
We reserve the right to edit your story for punctuation, spelling and grammar errors without notice or approval to you. We will not change anything that effects the story.
It may take up to several years to compile enough stories to create the e-book/book. If we use your story in our book, you will be notified and you will receive a free copy of the book electronically.
Thank You,
Beth Wolf

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder that is thought to affect nearly 20% of all females in the world (1 in 5 women). It is a cluster of complicated symptoms that are not the same for every woman. Women can also have symptoms but may not necessarily have cysts on their ovaries. It is believed to be fundamentally caused by insensitivity to the hormone insulin. Cart
